Meet the scientists:

• Vichayanun Wachirapusitanand – a PhD student who is working on the search for four top quark production in the CMS experiment.
• Joel Goldstein – a particle physicist who designs, builds and operates huge CMS experiments that observe particles smashing into each other.
• Chris Page – a PhD researcher who determines the structure of very exotic nuclei to improve theoretical models as part of the ISOLDE experiment.
• Kay Dewhurst – a member of the Beam Team who is investigating how to add crystals made out of silicon to bend particles in the Large Hadron Collider.
